Online classes continue which include Thursday evening Hatha Yoga Flow - open level and Friday morning early bird Barre class, both classes are 40 mins via zoom from my home to yours!  If you can only attend 1 or 2 of 4 Thursday yoga classes, you are welcome to join me with NO CHARGE just let me know and I will send you the zoom invite.

I still await an official and confirmed return to practice date to reopen my massage clinic and resume yoga classes at Schloss Roxburghe hotel, Heiton-by-Kelso. I will publish a schedule of classes as soon as I know. Provisionally, I can share that there will be 2 yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in Kelso and possibly a Saturday morning Barre class.  Also fantastic Friday mornings in Melrose!
