As well as all ladies and gents committed to well-being practices to strengthen, balance, manage stress, prevent injury, release tension, boost energy levels and feel well through yoga and barre classes and massage treatments. Co-creating energy and healing however subtle or strong is present! I am ~6 weeks away from Edinburgh marathon on 26 May 2024 and i'm up to 27 km in my long runs. I enjoyed side stepping out of my schedule while I had a friend to stay in the form of my Mum - a night at Usher Hall in Edinburgh listening to the Gipsy Kings, red wine nightcaps, brunch in the city, yoga at the university gym, North sea swimming at Kingsbarns beach, coastal trail walks, mass at St James RC in St Andrews and dinner at the Dory Bistro in Pittenweem. Next month brings a milestone of 20 years since I first qualified as a Massage Therapist at the Irish Academy of Massage, Dundrum, Co. Dublin, Ireland. I did this training on weekends in year 3 of my BSc(Hons) degree at Dublin City University while working x 3 nights/week at the Bailey on Duke Street, Dublin 1 during the Celtic Tiger party time in Ireland. It was such a vibrant time being in the heart of the city. Post pandemic I am still practicing without a clinic and clinic assistant. Thank you to everyone for bearing with me. Write and tell me how you are... Blessings Alice x |
