January 2022 update: Hello from St. Andrews, Scotland Happy new year wishes to one and all. January is here and we slowly yet surely welcome back the light. I had a special return to Scotland touching down in the beautiful Borders. While whizzing from Berwick upon Tweed to Kelso for Winter Solstice Yoga Retreat I felt soft waves of coming 'home' which I did not anticipate and had not thought about in advance - it was sweet, welcoming and silently comforting. Thank you to all who attended, for deep diving into the practices and for making it so memorable. It is one of my highlights of 2021!
