March 2021 newsflash:

online classes continue while we are still in transition which include Thursday evening Hatha Yoga Flow - open level and Friday morning early bird Barre class, both classes are 40 mins via zoom from my home to yours! 

Thank you to everyone who has joined me online! for your moral and motivational support and positive vibes during my 6 weeks home alone. It has truly been a highlight of deepest, darkest winter lockdown!

First touches of Springtime remind us of the certainty of changing seasons... Spring Equinox on 20th March will mark the midpoint between Winter and Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere as we warmly welcome lighter mornings and evenings.  I will do an outdoor yoga practice on this date 20/03/21 in the garden of Schloss Roxburghe hotel, Heiton-by-Kelso *weather permitting* ! If anyone fancies joining me for physically distanced movement, breath-work, asana, mudra, mantra, meditation, you are welcome - bring own mat + warm blanket & warm layers, karma (no charge).  Time TBC.
