I share my available massage appointment dates & times below and look forward to healing and nourishing you with bodywork. If you happen to become unwell with any viral, contagious, common cold, influenza, 'freshers flu'!, COVID, strep throat please, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged for a treatment that you do not receive. I am running Florence Marathon on 24 November 2024 and absolutely endeavor to resist and repel any circulating seasonal illnesses. *November Promotion* of £10 discount on all 60-minute and 90-minute treatments including gift-vouchers will launch on 01 November 2024 via my newsletter and Instagram page. ~ Autumn class schedule in St Andrews & Crail - see below. - a few 'Saturday special' 90-minute Floor Barre classes at Fairmont St As on Saturdays 05 OCT, 02 NOV & 30 NOV 2024 @ 07:30-09:00 AM comprising 60-minutes of a dynamic standing warm-up to prepare the body; exercise sets to strengthen and condition legs, gluteals (bottom), arms, posture and frame of mind using hand-weights and therabands; closing with 30 mins of long releasing stretches, deep breathwork, meditation and pure grade doTERRA essential oils, finishing in time for Amanda’s 09:00 yoga class and/or breakfast :) 6 places. Spa members only.
~ Barre class at Crail Community Hall continues with a *new 4 week block* starting on Tuesday 08 OCTOBER 2024 including Tuesdays 15/10/24, 29/10/24 and 05/11/24. PLEASE NOTE: NO CLASS on Tuesday 22 October 2024 which is midterm break. Drop-in's (pay per class) are welcome too. Booking via links below.
