Feel the ground beneath your body Relax body, keeping posture active, spine tall and belly soft Adjust your head so your skull feels like it floats lightly on top of your neck Shrug shoulders up towards your ears and roll back, melting your shoulder blades down your back body Feel open through your chest Visualise a golden thread stemming from earth through your pelvic floor, core, heart space, throat, mid brain and lifting up through crown of your head so you feel light and suspended INHALE – breathe in deeply, see and feel your breath MOVE DOWN the length of your spine to the very base EXHALE – breathe out slowly, silently repeat SO HAM / I AM e.g. calm as you see and feel your breath MOVE UP your spine to expand and penetrate your heart centre REPEAT for 3 mins Rest in stillness, presence & gratitude Try cultivating this habit daily NAMASTE |
