September 2024 ♥ St Monans Good morning readers, clients, soul-friends - thank you for being here. early Autumn days are here, the evening light is closing in earlier, the tidal pool sea water temperature feels gentle and we find a rhythm as the season changes. I hope in your summer days you were able to capture some of what you need - rest, fun, new memories, healing. ~ Autumn Class Schedule in St Andrews & Crail - see below Barre class at Crail Community Hall here: resumes 03 SEPTEMBER 2024 for a *new 4 week block* including Tuesdays 17/09/24, 24/09/24 and 01/10/24. I was grateful to escape on holiday for one week to Isola d'Ischia, bay of Naples, Italy including one day visiting Capri by boat. July 2024 was a record month of 26 massage treatments! teaching yoga classes, teaching biology on Summer Schools for visiting high-school students from China and delivering a Movement Therapy program for dentists at Edinburgh Dental Education Centre, Lauriston, Edinburgh. September signifies one year of buying my home in St Monans. In my tiny space, a lot of healing has happened ~150 one-to-one treatments! With so much of our lives online and considering the COVID-19 pandemic years when I legally could not practice as a therapist and doubted whether I would ever be able to again, its been a gift. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support of my therapy business and heartfelt compliments to you on your consciousness and commitment to your own self-care, managing stress, injuries and illness as we navigate life. Some love notes in the form of a plant box made using up-cycled oak wood from a church pew by the gentlemen of 'St Andrews Men's Shed' for my front window and purchasing my first original water colour painting by Liz Yule, a local Fife artist at Pittenweem Arts Festival, embracing some tasty food at East Pier Smokehouse when friends visited me from Ireland, London and Strathkinniss have helped me to feel connected. Take care and write anytime to tell me how you are Alice x |
